The Watch

The Watch is concerned about the increasing pressure towards feudalism in the United States from corporations, social regressives, warmongers, and the media. We also are concerned with future history concerning our current times, as non-truths which are “widely reported” become the basis for completely false narratives.

Bush Blames Newsweek for Riots

Scott McSpokesLiar is blaming Newsweek for the riots.

First of all, rioters and rioters alone are responsible for their own actions. Not Newsweek.

But more important, ask yourself why the world is so willing to believe that US Senior Interrogators (a tenured position in the US Armed Forces) would flush a Koran down the toilet... The only reason why anyone would believe that is because of the abuse and inhumane treatment of prisoners that occurred at Abu Ghraib and is still occurring at Gitmo. We've seen what they were willing to do in the name of the US. I guess the real question is why WOULDN'T the interrogators flush a Koran down a toilet??? If they're willing to strip prisoners naked, abuse them, humilate them, rape them, and force non-consensual sexual activity between prisoners, what possible reason do I have -- as a US citizen no less -- to believe that they DIDN'T desecrate the Koran???

Scott McSpokesLiar is up there calling on Newsweek to apologize and saying that their story has weakened America's position in the world. WHAT UTTER HIPOCRISY!!!! WHAT UTTER HORSESHIT!!!! WHAT A LOAD OF FECULUENT DUNG!!!

If Scotty and Shrub actually were worried about the rest of the world, they would have apologized for Iraq and Abu Ghraib and a host of other lies and mis-directions. Instead, they defended our actions. Now, suddenly, they and Condi want to take the "high road" and blast Newsweek for printing something inflamatory.
