Filibuster "Deal"

I think that the democrats got the sh#tty end of the deal... and they did it to themselves.


"Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, a Tennessee Republican, declared: "The agreement, if followed in good faith, I believe will make filibusters in the future, including Supreme Court nominees, almost impossible."


I think that the democrats are going to allow confirmation of three right-wing judges, then the republicans will try to confirm some more, the democrats will try to fillibuster the candidates, the republicans will cry foul, and the republicans will then destroy the fillibuster -- claiming that the democrats violated the "deal".
