The Watch

The Watch is concerned about the increasing pressure towards feudalism in the United States from corporations, social regressives, warmongers, and the media. Rove and White House Denials

I bet Rove gets away with treason.

But the White House's comments are the pisskicker.

"Pressed to explain its statements of two years ago that Rove wasn't involved in the leak, the White House refused to do so this week. "If I were to get into discussing this, I would be getting into discussing an investigation that continues and could be prejudging the outcome of the investigation," White House spokesliar Scott McSpokesliar said.

Let's see... Two years ago, when the investigation was just starting, it WAS appropriate to lie and state that Rove wasn't involved. Now it appears he had his hands all over it, and the White House doesn't want to discuss the investigation...

Smells like corruption to me.
